The fuel must be clean and free of water and impurities. All fuel containers must be clean.
Maintenance and care - To make the gasoline engine work reliably, reduce parts wear and tear, and extend its service life, it is necessary to carry out technical maintenance of the gasoline engine. Technical maintenance is divided into running-in period maintenance, 50-hour routine maintenance, and 200-hour major maintenance. Routine maintenance every 50 hours of use - ① Drain the old engine oil and replace with new engine oil. ② Disassemble the air filter, clean the foam filter element with detergent and wring it dry, and use compressed air to blow away the dust on the foam filter element from the inside to the outside. ③ Remove carbon deposits on the spark plug and adjust the electrode gap to 0.7-0.8mm. (You can soak it in white vinegar for 1-2 hours and then brush it clean) Remove the cylinder head and remove the carbon deposits on the top of the piston and the combustion chamber. If there are too many carbon deposits or cementation on the piston ring, you need to remove the carbon deposits in the piston ring groove. Long-term non-use sealed storage - If long-term storage is required, in order to prevent rust damage, it should be stored according to the following requirements: Drain the gasoline in the fuel tank and carburetor. Clean the oil and dust on the surface of the gasoline engine. Remove the spark plug. Inject 20-25 drops of engine oil into the cylinder from the spark plug hole, rotate the crankshaft several times, then put the piston at the top dead center and install the spark plug.
